Students please continue with your eLearning

Our e-Learning teacher office hours.

In middle and high our office hours are from 10-11:30 a.m. and from 2-3:30 p.m.

We're asking that you check in daily

Please make sure your students are aware of those hours in the event they have a concern or a question about an assignment.

We're working very hard to make sure our public is fully aware of all sites in the event wi-fi is an issue.
Currently, we have posted Spectrum with a 60-day free trial, if available in your area. If you are interested in enrolling it is a free program and that number is 1-844-488-8395. Again, if wi-fi is an issue and Spectrum is available, the number is: 1-844-488-8395.

Principal's Message

Greetings Wildcats:

I could not be more excited about the 2019-2020 school year and getting to know each of you and your families. The Waccamaw Middle School (WMS) administrators, faculty and staff look forward to working with you throughout the year toward a successful year for us all!

With ongoing and persistent support from community members, parents, faculty and staff, I have no doubt that this is going to be an amazing year for us all, but particularly for our students! I look forward to continuing the tradition of excellence that has been established at WMS and dealing with the inevitable “challenges of change” we will continue to deal with to a certain degree. We continue to have to “do more with less” and our amazing faculty and staff continues to rise to the challenge time and time again! WMS received the Palmetto Gold award for the seventh consecutive year last year! This simply could not happen without your steadfast support and encouragement!

The GCSD Board, Dr. Dozier, and the Georgetown County School District staff have all done an amazing job providing the needed support that enables us to meet the ever-changing, diverse needs of all of our students and we want to thank them for their dedication to our students!

I look forward to meeting each of you throughout the coming year as we work together toward an amazing school year!

Go Wildcats!!
